Grace's Birthday
Our girl's birthdays always come around a busy time of year. Grace's birthday gets thrown in around conference and Easter. Unfortunately, it was still pretty cold in Michigan on Grace's birthday, so we had to do the whole thing inside. I wanted to do a bunny theme since her birthday is in spring and right when all the fun Easter things are happening. I made a paper garland wreath for the back drop and I had seen this darling bunny cake I knew I had to make for the party. We got Grace a cow stuffed animal since that is her favorite animal noise. We got her salt waters, some staking boxes and a book. My parents send her books and clothes. We had a few of our close friends over and spent the evening eating dessert and letting the kids play. Grace was of course her serious self , but loved eating the cake and having other kids over to play.
We love our sweet grace. She is so chatty and follows her sister around non stop. She wants to be big and do everything Violet is doing. She is our little trooper and has really boon so good at going with the flow lately. We are just so grateful she was sent to our family.

Poppies
I was so excited to be in town for the poppies this year. They came out early and we had to race over the night before we left for California. I was so happy we did it. The girls loved it. It really is such a magical place. Vi ran around singing and smelling the flowers. Grace is still so unsteady with walking, so it was a bit more of a struggle for her to maneuver through the field. Mike and I were looking super rag a muffin, so we opted out of the pictures this year. I'm just really glad we got these cute pictures of the girls together exploring.
